About Us

With Ivory House Events on your side, you can relax and enjoy the planning process knowing that everything will be taken care of on the big day. Our experienced team of coordinators will ensure that every detail is executed seamlessly, from the very beginning of the day, until the last dance. From working closely with event staff and vendors to ensuring all guests are satisfied, we have the expertise to take care of it all. You will be able to be the guests of honor at your event and not the hosts! Let us work together to make your special day nothing less than memorable.

Services& Packages

Love Story Package

Bridal Shower & Baby Shower Planning Concierge

  • Curate ideas from inspiration boards.

  • Favors.

  • Invitations.

  • Signage.

  • Seating chart.

  • Decor & Floral.

  • 3 Hour event coordination.

       Investment: $850

White Glove Service

Day of Dresser

  • Full steam of all bridal party attire.

  • Accurately place veil, boutonnieres, corsages & pocket squares.

  • Assist with dressing the bride and bridal party.

  • Tend to wardrobe malfunctions such as tears, broken zippers, & stains. 

  • Assist photographer with layout of attire for detail photos.

     Investment: $550

Premium Package

Partial Coordination

  • Spot steam bridal attire and 1-2 additional gowns as needed.

  • Ensure follow through of the ”day of” timeline.

  • Line up bridal party for ceremony and reception.

  • Ensure tables & decor is set up by venue or catering as the couple requested.

  • Connect with DJ/ MC for song selection & cues during the event.

  • Verify reception order of events with DJ/ MC dances and Toasts as well as food timing.

  • Up to 8 hour coordination.

  • 1 Coordinator. (2 if requested.)

       Investment: $1,500

Luxe Package

Month of Coordination

  • Includes all of the above, plus*

  • Vendor management- verify timing and drop off locations/ set up for the "day of". 

  • Timeline creation for your big day.

  • Transport personal items and decor to the venue.

  • Unbox and setup decor in the ceremony space and reception space. 

  • Clean up ceremony space.

  • Pack up decor and personal items in designated boxes and bins for easy transport.

  • 8 hour coordination.

  • 2 coordinators.

       Investment: $2,500
